Genuinely such sweet people!! The absolute best experience I’ve had when it comes to grooming my babies. My poodle is an anxious mess when it comes to nail trimming, but they managed to make him feel safe and were able to trim everything. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

My kitty Tinker the Tabby was not happy about having me groom him. ER glued me. My veterinarian recommended Charm's Grooming and I always listen to her. I found them 2 miles from my home based in a darling cottage! Ana welcomed us to their salon, explained it would take about an hour and they would call when Tinker was ready. When I picked him up his fur was softer and smelled heavenly. I know he was treated well as he was so very relaxed. I highly recommend Charm's Grooming to anyone that loves their pets! Please give them try!!

This was our first time going to a grooming service, and Charm's Grooming was absolutely amazing!! I was always hesitant because I had heard horror stories of some grooming businesses, and had a fear as a pet owner. However, Ana was so fantastic and she calmed my fears right away. They did such an unbelievable job at grooming my long haired cat. They were able to help him with his matted fur, and overall trim/groom the rest of his fur so it looked like a professional car model. Beyond impressed and extremely happy we took him here for his first time. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!

The team at Charm are incredible!! We rescued a cranky, very anxious, unsocialized 15 year old Siberian Husky about a year ago. She has a number of health challenges including arthritis pain. But she’s a husky, so we desperately needed some way to bathe her and deal with the incredible volume of fur. Even though Tilly barked at and husky “lectured” them the rntire time, the team at charm were so patient and kind to our old lady. And they even allowed us to continue to bring her in for grooming 😁🥰 I Highly recommend Charms grooming.

5 stars for Charm’s! It was my 2 year old mini labradoodle’s birthday , and her first time at Charm’s. The booking process online was clear and easy. Canela was welcomed by Ana- so so kind and sweet! She got a special birthday bandana. She was nervous but Ana reassured us. She was very attentive and welcoming. I was nervous to pick her up because my son would be with me later in the afternoon- he has severe autism and it’s hard to take him inside places. I explained this to Ana and she was so compassionate and accommodating! I got a text when it was almost time for pick up, and Ana brought Canela out to my car for me. It was so nice and stress free, my son didn’t have a meltdown. I’m so grateful to have tried this place. Canela came out looking so great, her breath even smelled so fresh and good! We will definitely be back and I will be recommending Charm’s to everyone for their fur babies . Thank you Ana for an excellent experience and fantastic customer service, you went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it ! :-)

Took my 12 week old kitten to get his first bath and he came out so fluffy! They cared for him like their own. From the moment I contacted them, they have been nothing but kind and welcoming. Thank you, Charms Grooming! Will definitely will be bringing back Grey ❤️

Should be 10 stars!! Fantastic place to take your fur baby. The customer service is not only top notch but the results are just as great. They truly meet you where you are at and understand your pets needs on a personal level. Every time we arrive it’s like they have been part of the family this whole time. My boy isn’t as shy coming here and always leaves looking his best. Pricing is also fair and totally worth the end result. You will NOT be disappointed. If you treat your fur baby like family, so will they. I will stay as long as I can.
